The Kala Ghoda Arts Festival (KGAF), Asia’s largest multidisciplinary street arts festival, celebrated its 25th edition in Mumbai, with the theme ‘Silver’ honoring its rich legacy. From January 25th to February 2nd, 2025, South Mumbai’s streets came alive with over 300 programs across 15 creative verticals, featuring a blend of art, culture, and innovation.The students and faculty of NIF Global Pimpri Chinchwad embarked on an inspiring journey to the festival, exploring artistic excellence and innovative designs. This enriching experience allowed them to engage with industry professionals, emerging brands, and renowned artists, gaining valuable insights into the world of fashion and design.
A Melting Pot of Fashion and Creativity
The festival showcased an extraordinary range of fashion artistry, from handmade jewelry and sustainable textiles to hand-painted shoes and traditional crafts like Madhubani and Pattachitra paintings. The versatility in design was evident, with new brands and young entrepreneurs bringing fresh perspectives to the industry.

One of the most striking aspects of the festival was the emphasis on sustainability.
